How to disable the Turn on automatically option in Oculus Quest?

Hi All
Maybe this one can be a dumb question but I read that some Quest users have some problems in its battery duration .The Quest default turn on is that when the Player place it in their head ,the Headset turn on automatically,for it, Could anybody advice me where is to this option to disable it?
