How to set required play area dimensions?

I remember seeing certain apps have a popup saying "you play space needs to be at least x by z meters to play this app".

 

Seems it should go in the Android Manifest since it says it before starting the app , but I could not find any info regarding this.

    Man, the Community Forums really are a wasteland. So many threads have 0 replies. It's sad Meta isn't more active helping developers.

    Anyway, did you by any chance figure this one out? I see several Meta App Lab apps that pop-up this warning, but don't know how to enable it myself?

    FYI: I downloaded the Dodge Arcade APK (which has the prompt when you try to download it from App Lab) but there is nothing significant in its Android Manifest related to playarea size. So this is maybe not an Android Manifest setting. Maybe it's something you tell App Lab in some hidden menu?
