I cant buy games on the store

when I try to buy games on the store no matter what I do it always says that I could not add a payment method I have tryed 2 debit cards and one master card and tryed them on my phone and a computer both with a different wifi connection. This has been happening for 3 days now I dont know what else to do and am getting very mad.
