I can't upload a build to my Alpha channel because of a Permission Error

I'm getting this error when trying to upload a build to my ALPHA channel. I just want to upload the build to have it in the store to test internally. I already tried to edit the Manifest file, but I can't pass this error. Is there any way to ignore this error and upload the build anyway? Thank you.
