I set up a Developer account as I ordered my quest 2, how do I verify my account?

The quest 2 has not arrived yet and I should have set up my Dev account when I got it.
I was planning to make a game with Unreal but now I've heard that if I don't verify my account soon I will be locked out.
How do I verify my account?
