Install APK directly from Oculus Quest WITHOUT Sideloading

Hello,


I need to know if there is a way to install an APK file directly from Oculus Quest without using a PC to "sideload" ? 
In the same way as you can do it on a smartphone or tablet.

    I investigated this a while ago (tried hosting the apk and downloading it) and it didn't seem like it. Following on the off chance someone suggests a working method.
