Installing apk on MQDH took forever till shutting down the MQDH

Hi,

Each time I want to install an apk on MQDH which connected to my Quest 3, it took forever, but if I shut down the MQDH and relaunch it, it was installed before and can launch on quest, I don't know why this happens.

    This could be a conflict in multiple adb applications running, if you are a developer and have unity, unreal, renderdoc or anything that requires adb, it will try overwrite MQDH's adb current runtime process which will freeze progress whatever is currently on the MQDH's screen. You can fix this by using the same ADB file path as the conflicting app.
