Iron Rebellion Not Early Access

We are making the game Iron Rebellion for Meta Quest. We were under the impression that as the store merged with app lab we would remain in early access, yet there is no option for this in our app meta data as the documentation suggests. We want to be marked as early access, any help with this is greatly appreciated!
