Is there a way to turn off rendering in one eye for someone with monovision?

Looking for some help here. I use quest 2 w/ link on flight sims and the performance just isn't quite there yet. Even with a powerful machine. I am wondering if there is a way to stop rendering on the eye I am blind in (left eye) to boost fps?

    I'm interested in this too. My son has lazy eye and I'm looking for an app or setting where I can turn off or dim one eye.
