Leaderboards stopped working for some players
Hi everyone
A few days ago, some users started reporting that they couldn't run the game. The problem was that the ovr_User_GetLoggedInUser function was failing. We managed to get rid of the use of this function, but unfortunately, after the update, exactly the same users reported that their leaderboards were not working.
We did not have requested any user data in the Data Use Checkup section, so we requested User ID, User Profile, and Friends. Unfortunately, the problem still did not improve after receiving approval.
One user has this problem on both Quest 1 and Quest 2. It looks like the problem is specific to specific users.
Does anyone know what it could be and how can it be fixed?
We use Unreal Engine
Version: 4.24.3-0 +++ UE4 + Partner-Oculus-4.24, OVRPlugin: 1.50.0
The said user uses
Version: 23.0.0.87.517.260511599
Runtime Version: 23.0.0.87.517.260511615

After further investigation, I discovered that the error is somewhere on the oculus server-side.
One of the users who has problems is kkuzma1982

In one of the leaderboards, we found over 3,000 users that have this problem. Which is 4.5% of users. The problem is really serious. - JesusFreak3Honored Guest
Here it is, June of 2024, and I have consistently not been able to access the leaderboards since summer of 2023. You pay all this money for a game and then you can't even access all of the functions?! That's some BS. Can The Climb people not come up with a solution???

I've list the use of leaderboards and can't check my achievements now this is so frustrating
