Looking for Quest Developer for a few hours work. Need help with input system.

So I bought the Online 3d maps sdk .  I can drag the map and scroll using the mouse on the P.C. I just need to convert this to using the touch controllers. Just like in the App Wander. It for a project I'm putting together for my class. I'm not a programmer so have no clue how to do this.
