Looking for workflow recommendations for creating Meta Quest2 content from Simulink output files

I run molecular dynamics simulations using MATLAB/Simulink (from MathWorks).  Using the Simulink 3D Animation add-on, I can output a *.avi file of the simulation.  I can change the perspective parameters and rerun the simulation to generate a parallax file.  With those two files, I would like to build a file that I can view on my MetaQuest2.  I am asking for advice on how I can do this:  what tools and processes will I need?
