Meta Business Manager Account "In Review" Status Exceeds 5 Business Days Without Approve

I recently submitted my Meta Business Manager account for verification, but the status has been "In Review" for over 5 business days now. I still haven’t received any notification of approval or denial, and this extended waiting time is starting to impact my business activities.
