Meta Quest Developer Hub Record Command

I wanted to mess with the capabilities of the quest 2 headset and I wanted to be able to set really low recording profile settings and also some high settings aswell. I wanted to do this in the way that the dev hub does it. Under the "Video Record Settings" screen. I wanted to know if I could get the command that they use to do it because any other method I've tried to use is very buggy.
