Missing "3D URP" template when going from 2021.2.3f1 to 2021.2.4f1 and newer

I didn't use this 3D URP template ever but would like to try it for my work. Well, recently I bought some templates from MasterBundles website because there I can find many types of templates and web design ideas and I think this would be best for me. Hopefully, I will find your post also useful. Thanks for sharing!
