MRUK Basic sample causing Perf VRC1: Frame Rate jumping between 72 and 21
While trying out the MRUK Basic sample on my Quest 3, I also tested out the performance of the sample on the performance analyzer on Meta Quest Developer Hub. Instead of seeing a somewhat steady 72 fps, the fps keep jumping between 72 and 21, causing the analyzer to create multiple below 60 flags. Is this normal? Or is there something wrong with the analyzer?

Seeing the same thing on multiple computers and multiple ways of testing. Even a new project with just Meta Samples it still does this. Did you ever figure it out?

I did not ran with your case, but i have similar problem. My application runs in 72 fps, i even can see this 72 fps displaying in my app. But when i try to submit app in meta horizon store they keep rejecting my application because of the **bleep** "Perf VRC 1: Frame rate" is lower than 60. I dont know whata "Perf VRC 1: Frame rate" and why it is lower than 60, I have no idea how to fix this, because application is running in 72 fps and no lags on both Quest 2 and 3
Sorry to hear that you are facing such annoying problem, I feel you. You can check if you remember to Apply All in the Meta XR Project Setup tool, because things like SSAO can greatly impact the GPU usage and hence the FPS. I often forget to click the apply all as Unity auto turns it on every time you open your project file.
If you have already done that, then you will have to use the OVR Metrics tool and profiler to which part of your project is causing the drop of FPS.- Tenno_28Explorer

I started seeing the same behavior recently. At first I thought that my game suddenly become so bad, but then I tested also other games and the result is the same for everything. Below you can see screenshot for "First Steps" application.
So last week everything was ok, but what happened to me:
1. I updated MacOS to Sequoia - I use Macbook M1
2. I updated my Quest 2 to latest version
3. I updated MQDH to 5.0 version (other versions stopped working)
I already did factory reset on Quest headset, used different USB-C cables, but not luck. What is weird, that on the headset itself I don't see any problems, it's only this Performance Analyzer showing flags.

I'm encountering this as well.
I recommend using OVR Metrics tool available on Quest headset instead, you can still see real time reading and you can use it standalone without your PC.
I managed to get my app approved on Early Access on Quest store despite the Performance Analyzer FPS jumping as my FPS is constantly at 72 on OVR Metrics tool.

Also seeing this in MQDH. Annoying as Meta probably use this tool for app reviews. I've submitted a bug in MQDH; hopefully they will fix it soon. Maybe we should all submit bugs?
Good that you got your app approved in spite of this, maybe Meta are aware of the issue.
