my applab project has rejected but I can't Resubmit

I think you need to create a new submission.

Click "App Submissions" on the menu on the left. Then click "Create New" on the top right. 

I suspect you need to upload a new build and link it to the existing submission. I haven't been through the process for updating a rejected submission, but that's my best guess.

this error is what i'm trying to upload new build to live channel

so I uplaoded new build to alpha channel and push to live channel

but I can't resubmit my new build still.. how can I do?

Were you able to figure it out? We have the same issue with our application right now. We got rejected twice, and it won't let us resubmit. Do I need to create a new submission?
