My developer account doesn't appear verified even with cc info and 2fa

I have added credit card info to my developer account and 2fa, but somehow in the MQDH the account remains unverified for some reason. I don't have an answer for this and I've been looking everywhere.

    It's frustrating because I've done everything like they asked me to do thus far and this is my situation.
