My quest 3 is bricked. Need advice.
So my Quest 3 headset is basically bricked right now. When I boot up I’m on the horizon feeds menu but just a loading circle on a gray background. On the universal menu I can see my app icons and the horizon feed icon has a loading circle on it as well, as if it was updating. I can’t interact with the universal menu at all, and even when I power off the headset, I can’t interact with the power off menu and need to continue holding power to shut it off. Does anyone know what can be done?? I also can’t switch to hand tracking

If it would be bricked it wouldn't start at all. If you don't have any files you want to save (in that case connect it to a PC and transfer all screenshots, videos and save files you wanna keep that is not synced to the cloud), and then do a factory reset.
You can either do it from the app: https://www.meta.com/en-gb/help/quest/articles/fix-a-problem/troubleshoot-headsets-and-accessories/troubleshooting-factory-reset-quest/Or bug a combination of button presses when starting:
- Turn off your headset.
- Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons until your headset turns on.
- From the USB Update Mode menu, use the volume buttons to navigate the menu and select Factory reset.
- Select Yes, erase and factory reset.
