Nerd machine broken

I got to level 33 and bought my 3rd level for the garden room and medical room. I put the flower inside the machine and only four comes out when its supposed to be 6. At first only 3 was coming out when it was supposed to be 4. I know its a online issue so I uninstalled and reinstalled but its still not working properly. My game username is TRU3GAME.
