No Controllers showing in Unity 2019.2.0f1 Builds

No Controllers are showing in Unity 2019.2.0f1 Builds. I am using the latest Oculus Integration and the current Oculus Package from the Packages Manager. Any clue how I get force them to show??

    So after some testing I come to find that the Oculus Integration pack is HEAVILY FLAWED when it comes to the Quest. It is need of Urgent Repair...
