Oculus payment Failed to add on Pay-pal and credit card

Hey good afternoon so basically I wanted to buy a Music Pack on Beat Saber so I asked my Dad and he said yes so when he tried to add the payment through debit card which usually works but this time it didn't so I was confused and my dad was to and he tried it on Pay-pal it didn't work either so if a moderator could email me about this problem thank you.
