Oculus Quest & Link lagging like Crazy!

When I try to connect the Quest to my computer with Link cable, and open the "Link Room"/connect Link, it starts to lag like crazy!! I have not even  pressed the Desktop button yet, which result in ...

is your laptop plugged in to AC power? the RTX2060 will not have enough power to support VR without AC connection
