Oculus Quest hand-tracking system icons & functionaliy in Unity

Does someone know how to disable the system icons that pop up when your palms face the face (see pic below)?
Also unwanted is the Oculus system menu popping up if I pinch the index finger.
Is there a way to prevent this happening? I tried everything in the OVRHand prefab and OVRManager.
I'm using Occulus Integaration and Unity 2019.
