Oculus Quest2 : suddenly "tracking lost" is constantly happen
Hello we are developer that some VR application on Quest platform.
And we are now using Oculus Quest2 for dev machine.
From yesterday, our quest2 was not working in error loop;
tracking lost -> setting guardian -> Lobby menu -> connecting PC-> tracking lost
* OS version 26.
We did almost everything in internet workaround .
- power off and restart
- Reset to factory setting
- unpair / repair controller
- go to settings > device > hands and controllers > switch hand tracking to on or off
- Change to another places
- Giving additional lights (but it was working before in that place)
- C:\UsersUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Oculus and deleted all the "Guardian.txt" files
Because we are developer in Korea, which means there is no A/S center nearby. Is there any other way we could do it? Our app dev is stuck on this.

I read sidebi experience and feel bad for them. I live in the US and have had the same experience and have gone through all the troubleshooting and the final decision after contacting support was it needed to be replaced. However, after sending back my headset and controllers I am now being told that your warehouse needs another 3-4 business days to decide whether or not there is going to be a replacement made. That 4th business day since it arrived back at your warehouse was yesterday, Friday February 11, and that is also when support told me I will have to wait until someone contacts me about the problem. I received this gift for Christmas and have spent more time troubleshooting than playing. I have invested over $1,000 into this product and when you add in games, lenses, carrying case, charging station, and strap w/ battery for extra playing time. This has been very disappointing and frustrating. I don’t know if there is anything you can do for me, but I thought I would pass my problem along and at some point I will get some real help. Lj
