OpenGL crashes on Unity 2022.3

I'm experiencing this in my game as well, I never could narrow it down though. I use the OVRHandPrefab as well and I can't migrate to Vulkan (or an even newer unity either) yet. I'm so glad that someone narrowed this down. Unfortunately I can't stop using the prefab either. Please get some eyes on this ASAP Meta Team!
