OSC/WebSocket/MQTT to Quest

Is there anything new on this matter? I am reseaching ways to communicate from my Python script to my (Unity) Quest 3 application (or possible multiple Quests) in the fastest way possible. A simmillar thread is created here, just with CoaP. CoAP calls | Meta Community Forums - 850619
Based on my previous experience with node-red pushes me in the direction of MQTT/CoaP, anything else is unfavorable.
