I am having the same issue and while deleting and reinstalling does fix the problem, it will eventually stop working again. It is driving me mad and doing a search yields few others talking about it. What on earth is so special about my Quest to be causing this annoying issue? It is making it so hard to debug issues when I spend more time just trying to get the overlay to turn on. Love any insights.
