permanently enable Do Not Disturb or to disable the "controller not found" popup

Is there possible, also with adb command, to permanently enable Do Not Disturb or to disable the "controller not found" popup notification?   For a museal purpose i need to run my developed applica...

so there is no solution?? Is absolutly ridicolous that is not possible anymore to permanently enable the Do Not Disturb mode!
