Quest - Unreal: How access to the local Movie file from Oculus Quest

Hello,
I try to acces tho the Quest Movie Folder via Blueprint but all i tried doesn't work...
I'm thinking that i have to do it via C++ but i just begin to learn it.  I don't really know how to start to only load a movie file... 
Some help or exemple would be great to understand how to access to Quest local file.
