Refunds don't work

I bought a game, played it for less than 2  hours. It was like 30 minutes and refunded it in the same day. But for some reason this is happened to me twice in a row now but they say I'm not eligible for a refund for no reason. I have played it for less than 2 hours and within 14 days and they will not give me a refund. What do I do?
