Release Channel Invitees Accepted But Cannot Access App Inside Headset
I have added users to Release Channels and they have accepted the invites.
Now when they search for the app on their headset... they cannot find the app in the Library anywhere inside the headset (Not Installed, All, etc.)
On the Horizon Mobile app, when the users go to the headset, then go to to Library, they see the app... but the message below instead of saying "Launch" says "Purchased" and is greyed out.
Clearly something is not working correctly. Please advise on how to get users to download app from Release Channels.

We are having the exact same issue, I have not been able to find a solution yet.

Same here. Meta has the worst support. Can't find a way to distribute app to test users

Yup ammar2626 - I sent them a support ticket at https://metahorizondevelopers.zendesk.com/hc/en-us - but they are pretending they don't know what the issue is.
They'll probably push an update with the fix two weeks from now and pretend the issue never existed.

We are having the same problem .... spent 1 hour going in circles trying to watch our new build in Alpha mode. We need Meta to make this Alpha Channel process easy. Thank you.

It seems to have been resolved over the weekend, but I will test further.
