Saving user information - Getting userid from headset?

Whats the right way to save user information? Can I get username from oculus quest device, their Facebook id?

Should I make users create a username in the game and save that in player preferences?

Whats is the right approach for this.

My game is built using photonnetworking for oculus quest.

Entitlement check is working too.
