Software requires root access

You won't get root access from Meta and what else is out there is questionable and a violation of the enduser agreement.
Then there is the issue that the app you want is available for certain devices but it has not been updated for a long while.
Since it is a paid software it would be the developer you contact and not Meta.
There is plenty of remote desktop apps available now and I highly doubt Meta will provide anything to make apps work they don't (officially) support.
