Switch game monetization from paid to free + IAP

Hi all,

I'm thinking about switching my app from paid model to free + IAP like the Far Travel Games devs did with "Mannequin".

My biggest concern is how to achieve that existing customers which paid for the game automatically receive the "premium upgrade" - DLC?
