Unable to reproduce low performance from VRC1
Hi,
I am developing a game for the Quest 3 and I have made 6 submissions till now but every time it gets rejected for not passing the VRC1, the performance one. The las 2 builds I received feedback telling me that "The app runs noticeably lower than 60 frames per second on supported devices." Those devices as I checked are just Quest 3 and Quest Pro. The problem is that on my Quest 3 I can not reproduce that behavior. Using the performance analyzer from Quest Developer Hub with the flags activated I see just 5 flagas, 3 of those are under 70 fps and just 2 are under 60, all of them happens when changing level/scene which is normal and definitely not "noticeably lower than 60".
So, my question is ¿How does Meta test apps?¿Is there a way to get performance logs from them to know where exactly is the problem? Here is a capture of the performance analyzer:
Thanks.

From what the support team told me I have to upload it just for quest 3, the problem is that they just told me told me to say in the notes for the tester that they should try it in quest 3, didnt work, contact again, they told me I have to change the metadata to restrict quest and quest 2, metadata is not modifiable since it has already been aproved. Great Meta, thank you so much for your amaizing answers supporting new developers and making it easy for them.

Thanks, I'm on the same issue, rejected 3 times. The last one was running 72 fps. I will just delete the whole thing and restart so I can have a new meta data.

In the end I was able to upload it after exchanging emails with them, they told me to ask the testers to use quest 3, then told me to change the metadata and after a couple of mails saying that I could not do it they told me to submitted again and the next day it was accepted. I hope that this does not happen again but at least they solve things.

It's been almost 4 months and 18 version builds submitted and I've been rejected by performance 1. I've also been using the MQDH Performance Analyzer and in the meta dev docs it explains that loading screens are an exception for low performance in framerate. but of course the MQDH Performance Analyzer will still flag all apps even official meta apps during the loading screens and throughout the gameplay regardless of app. I've been testing it a lot and the performance flag sometimes even pops up at the home menu before I even launch the app. At this point I've optimized every part of my game then stripped almost every feature just to get random performance flags every once in awhile even when there is nothing intensive happening in game because I got rid of it all. I think something changed in the review process were your app might just be flagged for performance no matter what you do and its so sad because at this point I could have been done with the app and making another one already but instead I'm wasting months of my time and money just tearing apart my game so I can pass this seemingly unnecessary standard, because many approved official meta apps are running worse then mine at this point.
