Unable to save assets despite all green checkmarks?

The app submission portal is not allowing me to save assets despite all assets having a green check. Save is greyed out with a non-working hyperlink that says "Click here". Nothing happens when clicking the hyperlink. Anyone know a solution or having the same issue?
