Unpairing controllers without the mobile app

I'm running the Quest 3 in an environment where the mobile app is unreliable and I would like to easily swap between different types of controllers (I have a 2 pairs of pro controllers and 2 pairs of regular controllers).

Is there a way, maybe through ADB, to unpair controllers? And on that note, is there a way through ADB to jump to the pairing screen so I can hook up the other set of controllers without needing to hand-track my way through settings?
