Upload to Alpha Channel - Developer Distribution Agreement

Hi everyone,

 

When I try to upload my APK file to the Alpha channel, I get the following error message. Unfortunately the link to the Developer Distribution Agreement is broken for me, any idea how to go around this ? Also, all my legal document in the developer dashboard are signed. I don't know what to do..
