Uploading APK file to release channel

Hi all,
Can anybody help me with this issue? When I try to upload a Quest 2 build for internal review I get the attached error. I created a store-compatible manifest. I can only assume it's because the app is not signed properly? It has the default debug signing for now which I though was ok for alpha/review.?

    We're having the same problem with uploading our Oculus GO app update.
    It is frustrating that they pushed this new dashboard when clearly the most basic feature of uploading an .apk is broken!
    It is frustrating to not be able to upload the apk while the old dashboard was accepting them normally.

    Edit: Try using Chrome or Edge. Apparently uploading with Firefox is a no go.
    Using Chrome solved it for me.

    Ok thanks will try that. Actually using MacBook Pro so Safari. That could be the issue!
