VR menu scrolling with Quest's hand tracking in Unity

Hello, how can I scroll through UI with hands only in Unity. From the video on YouTube  "Hand Tracking Deep Dive: Technology, Design, and Experiences", at 0:58, it is the exact effect I want to achieve. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
