What is the tick rate for a listen server on the Meta Quest 2/3 headsets?

I am creating a multiplayer shooter game for the Meta Quest headsets and I would like to know what the maximum tick rate possible is?

EDIT: I found out that it is 60 tick and you set it in the project settings in Unreal Engine.
