What microphone is used if headphones which have microphone are plugged into the 3.5mm jacks

If a user plugs in standard earbud headphones (with a microphone) into either of the 3.5mm headphone jacks on the Oculus Quest is the audio from the microphone on the headphones accessible or is the only microphone input the built-in microphone?
