Windows doesent find Quest2

Hi,

When connecting the quest2 over usb the headset start charging and there is also a usb prompt in the headset but Oculuss app says there is no headset plugged in. Pairing a new headset doesent work as well because the oculus app doesent find the plugged in headset.

The airlink doesent work as well. Windows says that Coudnt find any headset after trying to enable the airlink

Any sollution?
