After installing Oculus Developer Hub, some official apps are missing from my Quest 2

So basically this image shows what happened. Meta Quest Browser and some other official applications are missing and only 4 remain. It occasionally returns back to normal, but most of the time when my quest is powered on, they are missing.

However, if I use ODH to 'Open URL in Device', the browser will be there. Any ideas about what happened? It is so inconvenient.
