can't switch the DEV mode on,never recieved a 6 digit code via text message (phone)

Hi,

I'm stuck on my Quest 3, I can't switch the DEV mode on via my mobile app.
So impossible to install apks and work...

I have already been invited to join my organization so no need to create one, but I have to verify my account.
For that,  I need to enable a double authenticator by phone message (adding a credit card isn't an option).

The problem is that I never receive the 6-digit code by phone message, I tried hard on it yesterday but without success and got my account temporarilly disabled.

I have a google double auth on, it works well.

Any idea how to resolve this issue and enable the dev mode ??
