Developer Hub Confusing

I had a problem where I would try to upload and it would just load indefinitely. Was stuck on this for a week and tried multiple different things which did nothing. I even uninstalled and reinstalled ODH and nothing. For the past 3 days now what I get is when i try to upload it gives me an error message saying

"the build you are trying to upload has failed

             spawn UNKNOWN". 

Is there an easy way to fix either of these?

    Did you ever find a fix to this issue? I getting the same error when I try to upload to a release channel

        i was reading the same issue and people got it working by removing the antivirus on their PC, so that could work.
