This app contains both 32-bit (armeabi-v7a) and 64-bit (arm64-v8a) libraries Bug? Setting?

Thanks for the reply.  I am confused though as this is the developer forum? I doubted for a moment so I followed your link about which took me to the first screenshot below, and when I clicked either link circled in red, it took me back to this forum where I clicked the same Tool Feedback group taking me back here full circle.  Is my developer portal missing another forum link?
