The same problem, after installing the latest version, it gives an error
* Your copy of Oculus Platform Command Line Utility is old. *
* Version 1.67.0.000001 has been released on Thu Oct 07 2021. *
* Please use the following command to update it: *
*> .. \ .. \ Users \ User \ AppData \ Roaming \ odh \ ovr-platform-util.exe self-update

The problem was solved only when booting in command line mode.
In any other cases, we get an error about the need to update, although the latest version is.

How do you boot in command line mode?

Type cmd on the Windows search bar to open the command prompt then type in the path to the utility followed by the file extension and hit enter.
This tends to be the default path but it may be different on yours depending on how it was installed
"C:\Windows\ovr-platform-util.exe"
I'm now able to use the Unity utility with no problems in spite of still getting the update message

How do you do this? Im getting this error and no matter what I do nothing works
