[0.4.3.1] Direct Mode - occasionally desktop has focus?
After launching a 0.4.3.1 demo in Direct mode (and using _DirectToRift.exe), occasionally (1 in 4 times-ish) the desktop appears to have the focus, so hitting any key will actually not dismiss the HSW (or do anything at all) and may leave the user wondering if the demo is broken. Easily solved by using the mouse to click on the mirrored window on the desktop to return focus to the app, but I don't know that every consumer is going to know to do this, or understand what happened.
I'm not certain this is specifically due to 0.4.3.1, but I did not notice it ever happening until I updated my demo to use 0.4.3.1.

- I just tried launching TOS 10 more times and still don't see that. One thing I do see that is different between TOS and my app is that in yours the mouse cursor stays around until the the health and safety screen is dismissed, and then it disappears. On my own app, the mouse cursor disappears right at launch. Not sure if it is related, but it is a difference I noted.
